Terms of Service

InWallet is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored information will always be available.

InWallet is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, or financial advisor. We do not hold funds, issue cards, process payments, or execute transactions. Card benefits, reward points, fees, and renewal dates shown in the app are for your reference only — your card issuer's terms are always authoritative.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter manually or import into the app, including card details, benefits, and transactions.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device, biometric unlock, and PIN. Because card data is encrypted with a key held only on your device, we cannot recover it for you.
• You are responsible for how you distribute share links. Anyone holding a share link can view the shared card details until the link expires or you revoke it.
• You may only store card details you are authorised to use, and you must not use InWallet for any unlawful purpose.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Evolve Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use InWallet — including any loss resulting from inaccurate data, missed reward or renewal deadlines, or unauthorised access to a share link you distributed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim or INR 1,000.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
