I forgot my PIN / my biometric unlock isn't working. Card numbers and CVVs are encrypted with a key held only on your device, so we cannot unlock or recover them for you. If biometric unlock fails, use your PIN. If both are unavailable, you'll need to reinstall the app and re-add your cards.

Is my data backed up? Cloud backup and account recovery are not yet available. Your encrypted card data lives on your device.

Card scanning or NFC isn't reading my card. Make sure the camera has good lighting and the card fills the frame, or that NFC is enabled in your device settings. You can always add a card manually or pick it from the built-in catalog.

A share link isn't opening. Share links are time-limited and revocable — expired or revoked links show "no longer available". Ask the sender to generate a new one, and make sure you opened the complete link, including everything after the # symbol.

Reward points or renewal dates look wrong. Benefit and reward data is for your reference only; your card issuer's terms are always authoritative. You can edit any card's details from the card screen.

Email us with as much of the following as you can:

• What you were doing when the issue happened, step by step
• Your device model, OS version, and InWallet app version
• A screenshot or screen recording — please blur any real card details first

Never send full card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or OTPs to us. Our team will never ask for them.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. If you can no longer access the app, email redevolvereviews@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request".

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please email redevolvereviews@gmail.com with details and steps to reproduce, and give us a reasonable window to respond before disclosing publicly.
